Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

  1. Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Ensure the items are in their original packaging.
  2. Opened Items: Due to safety and hygiene standards, opened food items cannot be returned or refunded.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  5. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
